I know theres something in my home that I’m allergic to. I’ve no idea what it is though!!! it makes me cough and my eyes get puffy!! I keep getting horrid sinus headaches too :/ How can I find what it is thats bothering me?!! It just started about a month ago and I thought I was just sick…but NOPE. Its still here and when Im not home I feel fine!! We havent gotten anything new and i can't figure it out!! Help!!!

you can take a trip to your physician and they will test you for different things… but its important you do this, if you don't it could cause further complications. (studying to be a nurse)

If you smoke you might want to halt smoking for a while. You should also make a list of all the things that you know you’re allergic to and check to see if there's anything in your home that has that on it and if it does put it outside for a day and see what happens. If nothing happens you might want to talk to a doctor
