Answer:
While its great that you’re trying to improve your health, its very important to know that with any vitamin in pill form, you are only getting about 10-12% of what’s listed on the label to the cellular level of your body. You need a comprehensive LIQUID vitamin because it is very hard for your body to break down that compressed tiny pill. When choosing a liquid vitamin be sure it has PLANT SOURCED minerals. Minerals found in your typical “one a day” have been synthesized in a lab. Not the same as when you get your minerals from plants and nowhere near as healthy. I could go on and on but after years of searching, I found a liquid supplement that I LOVE. Its taste great and after a ton of research, it is hands down the best thing you can put in your body. Its called Vemma. I dug up a site for ya. Its got an abundant source of info. Its a little expensive…..about 2 bucks a day but I made a few sacrifices just so I could have it. starbucks…..fastfood…few motion picture rentals…..crap I didnt need anyway lol
All the best

If you’ll look at the store brands, like CVS, you will probably find an equal vitamin with exactly the same ingredients, for much less money.
