After delivery (almost 1 and 1/2 year now) I still have the belly in which i look almost 5-6 months pregnant. Feel embarrased wearing good clothes. How to tone the belly? Please

snap! i too looked pregnant and tried every thing my stomach muscles had become very weak which only surgery could put them back ,and because i had an apron of skin i ended up having a tumy tuck!. im now 10 wks post op and im now hitting the gym to strenthen my muscles (i still have a buldge ) youre best bet is = gym lots of cardio abdominal work =ie crunches and the treadmill , are really good change your diet and drink plenty ov water it doubles your metabolism getting a gym ball also helps just sitting on it alone youre strenthening your muscles its also usefull to do your crunches on at home its hard but you have to think of the result youre gonna get ive also joined an aerobics class why not give that a try ! any way best of luck with everything!!!!!!!!!!!
