help me! my period is way heavier than every and is bleeding through my jeans at school!!! help! what do i do?
Answer:
I wouldn't be terribly worried about it. However, if it persists then tell your mom so she can set you up an appointment w/ the Doc. If you don't want to wear a huge thick diaper-like pad, just bring lots with you and go to the restroom more often. ( plus thinner ones fit more nicely in your pocket ) Also, one more tip wear dark colored pants in case something does happen!
=) Good luck!
Answer:
For heavy flows I find that eating foods rich in iron like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course) can be helpful.
Also, for the kind of pads I use the kind that are for heavy periods made by Always. You can find something similar in other brands.
I would also recommend letting your mom know what's going on so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation and also your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing this.
Answer:
Dont ignore the situation. You need to concern with doctor.
