I just got my first period last month and it's been already 2 days late.

Yes it is very normal you period wont be normal for at least 2 years or longer, some girls get one period then don't get another for another 2 - 6 months maybe even a year don't stress be happy i would just have things in your bag to be safe in case it comes un expected.
