Hey, I need some help on this one. Long story hope you don’t get confused. I’m 19 years old and yes I know I’m young and don’t put me down for this.
Okay so I’m on BC and have been for about 4 months now. On March 27 I didn’t take my pill until the next day. On the 28th I didn’t take it until the 29th. My boyfriend/fiancée came in me on the 29th. Well, also on the 29th I missed a pill and also on the 30th. I took the 29th 30th and 31st on the 31st. April comes around I missed pill on April1st and 2nd took them on the 3rd along with that pill. Since then I missed a pill on the 12th I took a test on the 12th and it was negative but this week is suppose to be my period and today is day 5 of the period pills and I just started spotting a little at first then when I got upset it was heavier, then back to spotting well, I was afraid I was pregnant so I stopped taking my pill about 2 weeks ago and this morning when I got up and went to the bathroom and wiped there was blood on the toilet paper. What does this mean someone please help me!

First and foremost, you MUST find a way so that you don't forget your pill!! I am on BC and I just keep my pill pack by my toothbrush and if I know I am going to be out late, I put it right in my purse so that I can take it wherever I am (at a club, my bf's house, my grandma's house…wherever!).
Secondly, you NEED to follow the instructions on the pill pack! If you miss a day, you are supposed to take it as soon as you remember. Also, you are not supposed to take more than 2 pills in one day. If you miss two days in a row, you are supposed to take 2 pills on one day and two on the next. If you miss 3 days in a row, you are supposed to throw out the pack and wait until your next period (using condoms and other contraceptives at the same time.) If you are unable to follow the directions for your medications, maybe you shouldn't be taking them. I only say this because any elective medication MUST be adhered to and if you can't follow the directions, you are not mature enough to be taking it. I may sound harsh, but drugs should be taken seriously, especially when they work on hormones and the risk of pregnancy is involved.
Go to your doctor right now! You may be having an adverse effect to the pills since you haven't been complient. You could still be pregnant even if you have spotting. This is serious and you NEED to get it checked out now!

Wow this sounds liek you should start taking your pill regularly, when you should.
It sounds as though your body is confused, you should keep taking the pill one each day, and take a pregnancy test take two just to be certain if they come back clear then great.
Yu really have to try and take th epill each day at the same time if you can.
Answer:
for one, the pills do not work properly if you do not take them at the right time…..your period may be irregular now because you had pills controlling it but you messed up your pills….i would take another pregnancy test to make sure and if its negative start taking your pills again, when your supposed to……

IT sounds like your body is all out of wack becuase you have missed so many pills. My suggestions would be to go see your doctors to get a pregranacy test and then you will know for sure. They you need to ask your doctor about alternative forms of birth control becuase it is obvious that you can not handle the responsibility of taking your pill on time eah day. Then now have other forms of birth controls such as injections that cover you for 3 months or a patch that you change once a month. If you feel that you are responibile enough to be havign sex, then you need to be responible enough to follow the direction of your birth control.
Answer:
okay number 1, the PILL isn't for you. LOL. No offense, but it's obvious that maybe your memory isn't the best. There are TONS of other contraceptives (namely the patch, IUD, etc) that you only use once a week, once a month, or even every 5 years. That being said, the question you have now… I doubt if you're pregnant, especially since you absolutely FLOODED your body with 3 pills on 1 day. Your body is hormonally confused, that's why your period is wacked. It doesn't know what to expect! The blood on the toilet paper is the beginning of your period of just a couple days of spotting. Once you test again in about a weeek (*COUGH COUGH* you hear me? lol…wait a week from now for accurate results) and you find out that you AREN'T pregnant, I suggest either switching methods or getting a fresh pack of pills and starting that first Sunday.
hope it helps…
muah!
