I have problem of leucoria. I want to ask about its solution?

I’m 19 year old, unmarried girl. My weight is 65 kg. My height is about 5 feet and 4 inches. I’ve problem of leucoria since last 2 years. The vaginal discharge is blackish in colour with bad odour. There’s heavy vaginal discharge all the time. I also have abnormal menstrual cycles. Sometimes, I don't have any periods for 4 or 5 months. I want to know exactly the cause of these problems. Either it is due to my increased weight or there’s some other reason, I don't know.
