I am 19 and 14 weeks pregnant and have been couch surfing (sleeping at various friends homes) since Oct last year i have recently been issued with notices to quit and have been to see my local council in the Vale of Glamorgan who have no temporary accommodation in the area but have offered me temporary accommodation in Newport South Wales. I work part time in the Vale and wont be able to get back and forth to work how do i stand if i refuse to go to Newport. Hope someone can help.

I'm not 100% sure on the facts, but I know a woman who was in a similar situation.
She refused council housing which was just outside of an area she wanted to live in, but there were no 'spare' houses and the waiting list was big. After she rejected the house, the council told her they would put her on the waiting list for her wanted area. This was nearly 2 years ago and she’s still on the waiting list.
If finances grant, I suggest you accept that home (it is temporary) or look into renting a small house/apartment to get you on your feet, for the meantime.
Oh, and congratulations and good luck with the little one!
