i squeeze my muscles down there and let go, its hard to hold it for long or do a bunch.

You can try exercising them when urinating, or you can try doing so with an object to hold onto with them.

you know if your doing them right if you can stop your pee. while using the bathroom….while urinating….just try to stop it all of a sudden………hold it then start again…..the more you practice…the better you'll get.

Just keep doing what you are doing, everything will tighten up and become stronger with time.
