This is for Klint… you don't know WHAT you’re speaking about. A person should certainly be able to flush a tampon. (not a sanitary pad -”Kotex”) but a tampon. If a buildings plumbing system can't handle a tampon - you'd superior NEVER defecate there. As to the original question - KT - you shouldn't have to “discreetly tell” etc. You should DEMAND of management that they fix the toilet/plumbing system. Clogged toilets are unhealthy, hideous and unacceptable in a business situation. If they don't fix it I'd regularly get in my car and go home or to another business or public building for my needs. If they confront you - threaten to report them to the Health department.

Answer:
If they are humiliated by the sight of period blood, that will make think “oh crap we shouldn't block the toilet”.

Discretion doesn't usually work with men, be blunt and honest and just tell them what the problem is.

Answer:
Here's an idea!

I would def call whoever is in charge and make a complaint that females have to share a restroom with male co-workers!

There should be 2 bathrooms if there are both female and male workers!

Answer:
just tell them to watch what there doing because others have to use the lavatory too no need to mention your period blood to them unless you tell the to stop or else you use their waste basket haha

Answer:
just tell them to cease clogging the toilet or they'll see something they don't want to see. lol

Answer:
um, if you flush your tampons you are the one clogging the toilet. we had to pay over a thousand dollars to get our toilets fixed because female co workers were flushing their tampons

Answer:
ewww ewww.

can't you go bleed somewhere else? this is why I don't trust something that bleeds for five days and does not die.

Answer:
WTF? How about flush the toilet?

Ok then. Get a plunger?!

Answer:
KT, get the plunger out and bleed away.
