ok so when i speak to my ex online or the phone everything is fine like i am happy and smiling laughing but but once the phone call ends or the IMs end i feel terrible and mad that i cant be around him

PS we broke up 1 year ago and are just starting to be friends now
PSS we are friends with benefits
so why when i am talking to him i am fine but once its over i feel awful
