Answer:
Like the others, I recommend just taking more Ibuprofen and using heating pads. I too had horrible cramps after I had mine put in. Thank goodness that was the only bad day with cramping…I had mine put in last Wednesday and I've barely had detectable cramps since! And no bleeding.

Answer:
thanks for answereing my question, well thanks goodness they said it would be much less painful when the girl has had a kid, which i did,and also i was on my period(they made my appt while i was on it purposely)they stated your cervix is dilated more.but mine felt crampy when they put it in,but honestly them putting the iodine and then cleanin it out was more painful, but i feel exactly how i did before i got it,just keep the ibuprofen,i recommend extra strength tylenol 500mg per tablet.and use a heating pad and rest.

Answer:
Yeah, insertion hurts like a *****. It's absolutely worth it.

Take some acetaminophen–Tylenol–since it won't interact with ibuprofen. Stretch if you can, and get a hot water bottle or a heating pad and use that on your uterus.

It gets superior, promise!
