if both you and your partner have never been with anyone else at all, can you have an std?- and what are the dangers of having unprotected oral sex?

Answer:
If your relationship is truly monogamous, and neither of you have ever had sex before your current relationship, you won't get STDs from having sex with each other. However, if either of you is lying about your history, one of you may already have an STD that is not showing symptoms yet. Some STDS, including HIV, don't have symptoms soon after infection.

To answer the other part of your question, among all sexual activity, oral sex has the lowest rate of transmission of HIV.

Answer:
