on my upper lip tdy i got a red spot,it has a tiny white head in the middle and it hurts,but doesn't itch
i got one in the same spot about a month ago right before my period,and this week is supposed to be my period week again.
and last time it lasted about four or five days,no scab on it either.

I’m not really sure but I think you should go to the doctor while you’ve the symptom to be accurately diagnosed. Sorry I wasn't more help
