all it is red blotches no spots no blisters nothing i think its balanitis but i looked up google images and my rash or blotches isn't as bad as that so what do i have ? and if i take salt baths will i go away by itself ?

I'm not a wiz when it comes to penis problems but that sounds like irritation. Mainly like a rash or something. But if it was my penis,(i'm a girl..) I would go to my doctor.Like, immediately. I wouldn't wait and let whatever it is spread and/or get worse. Just my thoughts. Hope I helped though!
