Definitely something worth seeing your health care professional about. The "creamy discharge" coming from your genitals could be linked to a number of STI's, specifically chlamydia, but it also could be nothing. The same sort of discharge from your ears is of more significant concern. Diseases of the genitals rarely produce anything more than embarrassment and discomfort, but your ears are a little too close to your brain to discard an unknown discharge as "probably nothing". I could take guesses at what it may be, but an amateur diagnosis would not be helpful to you in this case. Even if this only persisted over the course of a day, you need to see a doctor.
Answer:
I know your ears can get bacterial infections and you can get bacterial infections in your penis, though I don't know if it can be passed back and forth. I imagine they are separate issues worth a trip to the doctor.
