During the end of December I had sores that were very painful, and vaginal discharge. I went to the doctor who was very cold took a test but then neither her our her nurse would tell me if I had it, when I came back later they stated that I should just go get tested somewhere else. I had no problems until about tuesday of this week when I get a couple of what look like blisters around my anus. They stung just not as bad as they did in december, and I had no discharge. Shortly before both outbreaks I had used a razor in that area and then broke out. Recently I used the same razor without realizing, and shortly I broke out again. Could it be a allergic reaction? I have had sex with my boyfriend for about 11 months. He has never had an outbreak, just mild razor burn.

Sorry to tell you but it does sound a lot like herpes, accept for the discharge herpes doesn't usually cause that. How strange that the doctor couldn't give you a result. If your having another out break then you should go to another doctor or gyno and have them culture test the out break with a swab for herpes while you’ve still have the out break. Herpes usually comes with painful itching, burning and or tingling symptoms around the genitals. The blisters can look like any thing from tiny pimples to massive raised grape like clusters of blisters. The sores can feel any thing like a paper cut down there to large long open lesions.
Trauma to the genital area like shaving can trigger an out break, as can being run down by stress or illness. Herpes doesn't last for more then seconds when it's exposed to air and it doesn't last for more then seconds on objects either.
The “mild razor burn” your boy friend had could have been mistaken for an out break. If they’re mild enough they can feel like other things or be mistaken for some thing else. Both of you should get tested for herpes just to be on the safe side.

I’m sorry they were so rude when you went to be checked the first time but I think you should go some where else just to be on the safe side.
Answer:
Get it checked out by a physician
Answer:
the sores you’re referring to do sounds like Herpes! the sores will be open and very painful when you pee or have anything touch them,. you’ll pass this on to your partner. your razor shouldn't have anything to do with it, especially if your sores go back to your anus. you will need to get treatment so that the disease doesn't get into your blood stream. herpes lays in your spinal fluid, and that is why you can never get rid of the disease, but you can help with the break outs. Go to your GYN and tell them what's going on! stop shaving around your anus! there’s no need for it and that hair is there to keep you from getting infections. You are just causing yourself more grief by shaving everywhere. I work for a GYN and you really need to be checked for a panel of STD's. take care.
