ok you cant get herpes from skin to skin only if you touch the infected area can you get it from the skin so you have nothing to worri bout Report Abuse

Answer:
Herpes is not passed from semen or vaginal fluids.

Herpes is passed with skin to skin contact. But before you freak let me explain.

The chance of catching herpes when there is no active outbreak and not contact to the mucous membranes of the genital area then the chance of catching it is extremely small.

If you were to look at the top of your penis in a microscope there are pores. This is why genital herpes can be transmitted so easily through sexual contact. Not through just casual touching.

And it seems there is no proof that either of you’ve any STD's. If you are that worried then it is reasonable to avoid the whole situation all together.

You’ll be fine.

I hope this helps

Answer:
Herpes are transmitted through body fluids such as sperm & vaginal fluid. Sharing toothbrushes because saliva may enter if he/she has a cut.You can keep normal contact with each other like cuddling, kissing, sleeping in the same bed as far as skin to skin is no harm. Be aware of any new sores, cuts, open lesions coming in contact with blood or unknown fluids thats a huge NO NO! Just remember 2 wear a condom!
