I’ve not found a website that has these case reports available for any reason due to legal/HIPPA privacy laws protection. Many of these court cases are not released to the public as most are confidentiality, but we do know that some says, it is illegal to NOT disclose your HIV status to anyone you are engaging in a sexual act with.
I am sure there are cases, but as far as many being reported. I’m not for sure, as many people have no idea that they can take someone to court for a matter like this.
I do know that the public can find out HIV reported cases in their state thru the State/County health department of public health services, of course, it won't give you the names of the people who had been reported, but it will give you a estimate of the males, females, bi, straight and gay and the cause of the HIV transmission.

I think thats pretty much the whole idea of how it keeps getting around so much..Some people know but just don't care. And some people just choose to go around having unprotected sex with people and not getting test and if they do have something spread without their “knowledge”–yeah the hell right..My scenario is people KNOW when something is not right with there body- && then people state well some people dont have symptoms- I'm pretty sure theres atleast ONE symptom- they're just using that as a cover up. …
