Some cracked out homeless lady kissed me on the cheek…should i be worried?

I live in north philly for school…i innocently stopped at mcdonalds to get myself a happy meal when a cracked out homeless lady grabbed me and kissed me on the cheek…..the people at mcdonalds gave me a wet napkin to wipe my face…and 5 minutes later when i got home i scrubbed my face and put hand sanitzer on it……should i be worried about anything?

ps i threw my mcdonalds away..that'll instruct me to eat fast food
