Ok, well I just noticed this day that i have these tiny blood filled things going on downstairs. They don't injured and if I prick them they bleed, but not painful at all. They are located where I’ve recently shaved. I have a Dr's appointment in a few days, but I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on what it could be from.

It is from the ingrown hair with blood and fluid mixed from the body. Try waxing, it hurts, but gradually the hair grown in thinner and comes out easier each time and you don't have the bumps.
