okay.

If two MALE cousins had anal sex twice and both times the giver (person who had his penis up his cousins butt) came, but both cousins were absolutely hiv free for sure no doubt hiv negative. Could they get hiv?

Answer:
HIV does not spring into being as a result of gay sex. HIV is a virus. You become infected through intimate physical contact with the blood or certain other bodily fluids of someone who is infected with HIV. Since the virus infects human blood cells, the body fluid most likely to transmit the infection is the blood. HIV can be spread through intimate physical contact with infected individuals of either sex. Sexual activity is not the only route of transmission. It is also spread by sharing hypodermic needles, blood transfusions (rare now), lax medical safety procedures, fighting, etc.

The origin of HIV is thought to be a virus that was adapted to infect another species, and mutated to a form that preferred humans when human hosts became available, possibly by eating infected members of the original host species.

Answer:
NO! A person must be HIV to pass it on to someone else. Unprotected anal between 2 HIV negative men is no risk at all.

Answer:
