i'm 17 ive been working out for 2 years now my PR on bench is 375 but ive been experiencing problems with my wrist and i dont even lift heavy anymore i have really small wrists i feel as if my genetics are limiting me are there any workouts i can do for my forearms or to train my wrist or anything i dont think theres any muscles in your wrist but i'll try anything except roids. please help

-find gloves that wrap around the wrist if you dont already
-do wrist curls and hammer curls to get larger forearms

Get the gloves that wrap around your wrist and also check out bodybuilding.com for some exercises taht you can do for your forearm and wrist.
