I was circumcised at 18 and was absolutely painless and actually watched the entire procedure. It was done in office with a local in California. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Don't listen to the antis, there is no real loss of sensation, it is all scare propoganda! Being circumcised is much cleaner, healthier and looks superior! I had no hesitation to have my boys (1&3) circumcsied as I know there is no downside, only a lifetime of benefits!

Unless it is required because of serious problems with the penis, circumcision can’t be done on the National Health Service in the UK. You’ll need to get it done privately.
The Gilgal Society (http://www.gilgalsoc.org) maintains a list of possible circumcisers in the UK, some of whom they can specifically recommend. They also have various other leaflets explaining how to prepare for a circumcision and the after-care needed. You should be considering a doctor who does it in his own surgery rather than in a hospital. Circumcision is quick and easy and best done under a local anaesthetic.

The words “painless” and “circumcision” do not go with each other!
You can't hack off part of your body and expect it NOT to hurt! Oh, they might numb you up whilst they do it and you won't feel any pain then, but what do you think is going to happen once the sedative wears off? The foreskin contains thousands of nerve endings, so it's going to hurt!
As far as where to find a doc who will preform the procedure, your GP can refer you to one, if he does not do it himself.

For the record, I would like those who gave me thumbs down to explain to me just how having ones foreskin carved off their penis is supposed to be PAINLESS! Please, feel free to click my avatar and drop me a line and enlighten me!!!
I also want you to understand that I am neither FOR or AGAINST circumcision, I do however feel it should be the choice of the person attached to the penis! Not anyone else's! If a person does decide to have it done then they should also be aware that it is NOT a painless procedure! Quit sugar coating the truth just to get people to conform to what YOU believe is right and good!
And YES, I AM circumcised!
