i ejaculate to much i need help what can i do to cease..i have a girl and all but its not enough like i do it 3 to 4 times a day some times i last like 30 min or 1 hour need help plz what can i do..i get a ***** out of no were and the next thing i know is that im ejaculating ..im not lieing so plz really really tell me ok what can i do

instead of doing it each 5 seconds try to get your mind off of it for a while by doing something so much fun or entertaining or go to an area where you are restricted to be able to do it so you’ll have to curb your urges
