I’m a 5'7″ half vietnamese/ half white male and i am about to turn 17 years old in 2 months. My vietnamese father didn't stop growing till he was 22 and my mom stopped at 12. I wonder if i done growing or not because i seem shorter than everyone else. Also what are the signs that tell me that i have stopped growing.

Put your arms out straight at your sides, get someone to measure across from the tip of you middle finger to the tip of your other middle finger.
The lenght is the exact height you will reach. It is a known fact that the two measurements are the same, and that your arms will finish growing quite a while before you finish getting taller.
If they are the same lenght you have stopped, if the measurement is greater than your height, well that is how much you have left to grow.

If you're parents are short then you should be approx. 5' 7 1/2 - 5' 8″ by the time you finish growing. That's not too short at all. But I think you’ll grow more till you reach around 21 years! Michael J. Fox is only 5' 6″ tall and he's a good looking guy. Did you know that most actors (Male) are short?

You’ll get about your dad's height, maybe a bit taller maybe a bit shorter. So tell me how much tall your father is and you will be about the same height /- 2 inches at the most. Of course, there are some exceptions. In example, my closest friend is about 6'4 and his father is 5'8 :D, strange enough!

A sign that you’ve stopped growing would be not to grow anymore?!?! You could have months where you don't grow then shoot up an inch or so…. i stopped growing at about 12 also! im female… maybe try and get the average age for males to stop growing…

well if you ever happen to get an x-ray you may see these disc like things in your leg bones - if they’re not fused then you’re still growing…that’s what a doctor told me when i got an x-ray…otherwise you can't tell
