do you point your penis towards your feet or your face? neither one feels that comfortable, especially if i get an erection, but im just wondering if i can do any harm by sleeping on it.

Its possible you might sprain your penis but you're not likely to really harm it unless you're really trashed on drugs/alcohol and can't respond to your body if it tells you you are in pain. But personally I’ve never hurt myself sleeping on my stomach. I do think it is more comfortable to lay with it face towards my feet if its flacid. But if its erect it feels better pointed upwards instead - for me at least.

I often have it pointing toward my face because I masturbate on my stomach before I go to sleep and it just stays in that position. By morning I've usually rolled around and it could end up in any position.

if you lie it upwards, you can do serious internal harm if the circulation gets restricted by your abdoman, but if the human body is shaped to where it will be fine if its downward
