Ok so I grab a dumbbell and do 300 lifts on my arm, i dunno how much the dumbbell weighs but after i do 300 my arms start hurting/soring. Do I stretch out arms immediately after working out in section of the arms? or should I just dont stretch the area and let it heal without stretching it?

Answer:
You should always stretch after working on a particular muscle. This stops the soreness especially the next day.I usually do some light stretches after the exercise, then when I have a shower and are warm again from the water, stretch some more! Usually I'm only stiff the next day, not sore!

If you think that you are sore from the amount of reps you do, or the weight that you are doing maybe ease off abit.

Answer:
You should stretch before you work out, and you should do "cool down" exercises afterwards. Instead of maxing out and quitting, you should max out and then do something lighter to cool down. Work your muscles every other day. If you work out every day, work on different muscles each day so there's a day between working on the same muscles.

When you work out and lift weights, you're tearing the muscle down. It needs time to heal before you tear it down again.

Answer:
wait 1 or 2 mins then lightly strech
