so guys I love to do weighted dips cause they have done so much for my upperbody, but my friend got a shoulder injury from them, so my question is if I strengthen my roator cuffs alot could I continue with my dips without having to worry about a serious injury?


Answer:
Your friend probably had bad form of somesort usually what that is caused by….keep up the weighted dips there great for the chest and triceps!
