Please help….?

i kinda feel embaressed by asking but most people say i am fat and i am only like 170ish and no matter what i do i can't really seem to lose weight and i am sick of being called fat and stuff like that… what should i do?

Get a good exercise regime going and try to eat more protein and less carbs/sugar/fat. Get active.

Your actual weight is not important. Your level of body fat is important. Let me give you an example… (if you’re male) if you measure around your hips.. the measurement needs to be more massive than around your waist. If not, this is an indication that you are at an increased risk of heart disease… and you should do cardio to try to reduce body fat.

Muscle is heavier than fat… so weight itself is not an indication of your fatness.
