I work out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on my whole upper body (especially biceps, triceps, and chest) for an intense 2 hours. Is this too much? And should I put more time in between workouts for the muscles to rest? I am 18 years old, 66 kg, 5'10″, male by the way.

work out when you are not sore. just make sure you take at least 1 day break between workouts. so your workout is fine. If you are working out when you’re sore thats not good i ****** up my arm (tendonitis) several times trying to get to strong to quick.

When I was 18, I was 5'10.25 and 160 pounds. I ran cross country and then promptly switched to lifting.
Within four months of clean training I managed to improve my bench-press max to 300 pounds and my bicep curl max to 115.
I was doing hundreds of push-ups every other day, in tandem with my other lifts. In other words, it sounds like you work out for just as long as I used to.
So to answer your question: No, you are not working out too much.
HOWEVER: you should be sure to focus on your aerobic exercises as well, such as running, swimming, walking, etc. And please be sure to do exercises to strengthen your rotator cuffs because my right one causes my trouble whenever I do anything and apparently I've hurt it for life (meaning I can still be a strong guy, but I have to deal with it more than should be necessary).

Just make sure you don't overextend yourself - the last thing you need is an injury or a hernia.
