When I ejaculate sperm comes out as normal but also a yellowy jello substance comes out with it, its like sperm jello or somthing, is it normal for sperm to be that thick?

Yes, and as the jelled semen sits it liquifys slowly and releases more sperm. It is sort of time release system so as the semen sits in a womans vagina sperm are release over several hours. It ensures a better chance at fertilization.
