Im 15 years old and just started to lift. Any side effects or anything? And if i can take creatine, how much of it should i take?


Answer:
My advice would be to avoid it, or at least avoid it in high, continuous doses. It's currently considered safe, but so was smoking until not so long ago.

If your looking to bulk up, eat plenty of protein, and don't forget to do some aerobic exercises as well.

In my thought, it doesn't work. It dehydrates you and it's only good for like a short jittery burst. It seems like you can lift more and stuff but actually, it doesn't help that much. Spend it on whey protein or something instead.
