You haven't stated what you *think* small is, but the average is usually between 4 and 6 inches erect. Flaccid is anything from 2 - 4, which is where I’m soft (4). The ideal part is, you’re still growing, so even IF you are on the smaller side, you can gain further precious inches or cms.
