i am a male in his mid 30's. i work out, and eat healthily, but cannot seem to put any mass on my forearms. i play piano but other than that, i cannot see why this is the case.

can someone please recommend some good exercises or tips to make my forearms more muscular.

thanks

Answer:
Reverse curls, reverse push ups and reverse pull ups.. just change your hand positions. For pull ups, hands should be going away from the body, and for push ups, your hands should point towards your toes.

Good luck!

Answer:
You may use jewelry

Liberace did.

Some exercize makes worse, stiffs your fingers, what is fatal to a pianist. Report It

Answer:
Its hard to gain mass on ones forearms without the right gene. I to workout and cannot gain mass on my forearm.

Try Steriods….(I NEVER HAVE) but they might help.
