Hi i have just turned 16 and i am 174cm tall (5`9″). I weight 60kg (132 pounds). I’ve a high metabolism rate, so if i try to gain weight by eating a lot, i can never succeed. It seems that my Body only gains weight when it needs to.
Ok so down to the real part, i have just strating weightlifting, however i do not go to the Gym. All i have is a Barbell, Dumbells and a Curl Set of all differerent weights. I do not really have a routin so if someone could help me out with that to Please. So what i usually do is Chin ups and Pull ups about 3-4 times week (I can do 15 of each) I Do Curls witht the Dumbells of 7 Kilo, i do about 25 reps and i do this twice a week (i Think it helps for the Bisceps and triceps), I Do 8 minute abs training 5 times a week (and i have seen a very swift change in my abs visability) I also do barbell curls around twice a week.
I’m trying to target my;
Abdominals
Back
Shoulders
Arms (Biceps/Triceps)
So if you could please tell me what types of exercises i should do for the different muscle groups and also how many times a week should i do them and what muscle groups should i be doing together? I really don’t know any of this.
So my aim is to look big, you know most girls like boys being large rather than average or small and that kind of my only problem i am too thin, What i would like to ask is how long to you think it would take for me to look a tiny large (not too much like the people at Gyms) so my arms don’t look so thin, and so i would look more wide on the arms. (I have been lifting 5 kg dumbells and i have seen that in a short period of time i have got used to heavier ones (just to give you a rough idea of maybe how my muscles work) Sorry for asking for too much but also it i take whey protein how many times quicker will it be more than the normal way without taking supplements.

break dancing is the best exerszie ever is moves your body around in positions natually all your own body weight and it takes a lot of strenght there are many steps you take to get strong from break dancing, there are break dance veidos on youtube, no leg push ups, and all type of cool breakdancing things that is SOSOSO SO sexy and makes u really strong too. so thats the best thing to do
