How do I shave my scrotum without cutting it? I mean shave it bald

If I was you if your a first timer I'd go see a professional, let them do it for you, then once you’ve it done, you might just beable to do it yourself…but if you’re going to do it..be careful eh ?

Even though the skin of the scrotum appears to be wrinkled, it is very simple to shave. It doesn't get stuck in the razor blades whatsoever. I personally use my gillette fusion itself to shave my scrotum.
However I have always used old blades so that they don't cut down there. First you should trim the hairs and then shave. I like to shave dry as it's non-slippery and easier to manipulate than using foam.
I however like to trim the pubes as they appear sexier than absolutely smooth.

search in your local market, pharmacy or drug store for a gel that when you pun it on your area that you want bald and leave it like that for about 15 min and you wash it of whit water it should “dissolve” the hair endings and fall right of when you wash…
