first off, 12 or 13 is still pretty early in puberty so dont anticipate to be average adult length or even close just yet. for a 12 or 13 year old guy the average length would be around 3 to 5 inches, but don't get discouraged if you dont meet up. you've still got tons of time to grow. adult male average is about 5.5 inches by the way.
