I’m 24 years old and i masturbate one time in every 3 days cuz i cant control myself…..but after i masturbate …the next day i get severe pain in my back and headache and sometimes i get FEVER…..so is it normal………can anybody tell me what should i eat to ejaculate more…..cuz i can make hardly 2 spoons from mine and my stem bends deeply on left side so is it ok……..plz help i am afraid

Most healthy 24 year olds would be masturbating at least once or twice a day, sometimes much more often. If you are stopping yourself from doing it more then you probably should not. It is generally good to masturbate each time you feel you need to.
Sometimes dizziness and headache follow sexual release if you’ve withheld for too long. I’ve not heard of fever. Perhaps you need to schedule a visit to your local physician to have a check up.
