Why do you guys always offer sex when a woman expresses her sexuality?

For example, I was speaking to one of my guy friends about sex and how long it has been since I’ve had it (a year and a month now *_* I am 20 and this is hell), and he was like “Yeah, so I was thinking that maybe you and I…”

Of course, it was an offer to be friends with benefits and I stated no.

This isn't the first time this has happened. I don't understand.

Are we females supposed to stay quiet about sexuality? Does it really come off as an offer or request for sex from you guys?

Well I guess it really depends on the relationship you’ve with that friend you’re sharing this personal information with. If a girl that I don't really really know but am friends with, told me that kind of info, then I'd feel obligated to make an offer of being friends with benefits. On the other hand, if this was a genuine question and conversation from a curious friend then I wouldn't. i guess what im trying to state is that it depends on the situation.

The answer is… some dudes… well, lets take an unattractive girl like Ugly Betty(the original one, not the new versions), she’s a horrific image for woman, but she is also sweet and charming but nerdy as well. If she talks about sex with guys, I’m almost guaranteed that no guy will raise the question of sex at all. Now, lets take an attractive woman, she will be asked eventually and maybe sooner. Are there ways to express our feelings of horny-ness or sexuality with others without them raising a question of offer or judgment or even give some uncomfortable remark? Yes, those people are called REAL friends. I said it plenty of times, REAL friends are hard to find, just like finding Waldo. Some anticipate that special friend to eventually come into their lives, lets hope it happens.
