Answer:
eat more meals a day. the nutrition in all variety of food help a person to grow. you need protein to fix tissues, iron to have healthy blood, calcium to grow strong bones. people always think that calcium is all they need to grow tall, but how can a person grow bones and not meat.

nevertheless, calcium is the crucial part, so drink 2 cups of milk a day. preferably once in the morning and once at night. dont drink more than 2 cups because it's possible for a person to get kidney stones for having too much calcium intake.

doing exercises help a person to grow. basketball and skipping rope are good games to do.

Answer:
Your 12 man don't worry about it, you aren't even in high school yet you still have many years to grow my friend, im sure 5'2″ is normal for your age, and if it isn't who cares, you have plenty of time to grow, don't listen to your classmates. Just eat foods from the food pyramid and get your daily dose of all the stuff listed on it to grow to the full potential. Lay back on the fast foods.

Answer:
your just fine but being taller is superior, so if you run nearly a mile each day you should probably get taller, when i started running i grew really fast now im taller than all my friends.

Answer:

Answer:
