Im 20 and my facial hair is still fluff

Answer:
I’ve to disagree with the person who stated your facial hair will never get thicker after about age 25…

Until about my senior year in high school (age 18 or so) my facial hair was always very thin… then within about six months or so I was having to shave each day. I am now in my mid 20s and, like the rest of the hair on my body (except possibly the hair on my head), my facial hair continues to get thicker. It is different for every one… some guys can grow a full beard while they're still teenagers… some guys not until mid-twenties. Chill for now… you've got several years of “beard maturing” yet to go…

Also, you might want to try shaving every day anyway. I understand that it won't actually make your hair any thicker, but what it does do is make you hair appear darker. That is, freshly grown hair is always darker than hair that has been exposed to sunshine, the weather, soap, etc.

Answer:
It depends on your colouring and how much you shave. If you are fair-skinned, then it's apt to be softer.

And the more you shave, the coarser it will get. When you get to about 25, it'll be whatever it is going to be for the rest of your life.

Be happy that it's still soft now - you won't give abrasions when you're kissing or using your tongue more imaginatively…

Answer:
You have to shave it regularly before it starts to feel more like prickly whiskers. I can't stand the feeling of my boyfriends facial hair. Sometimes if he is relaxing on me it feels prickly through my shirt.
