Should I eat less on my non-workout days then I do on my workout days? I want to gain muscle so how much should I be eating on my workout days and how much on rest days? Stats: 18 years old, 5'10″, 66 kg, male.
Answer:
you should eat the same amount. the thing is, at your age, when you exercise, part of it is gaining weight, so eat the same amount, you wont get fat since you work out.
