A high circumcision is when the scar is closer to your body. This generally leaves a lot of inner foreskin exposed, like yours.
A low circumcision is when the scar is closer to the head of the penis.
A tight circumcision is when there’s tiny or no moveable skin on the shaft.
A loose circumcision means there’s still movement of the shaft skin.
You can have high and tight, high and loose, low and tight, or low and loose. None of these terms have anything to do with future cleanliness or how much of the head is exposed- all of these produce circumcisions where the glans is exposed all the time, and the foreskin is removed. When a circumcision is done there are different methods used and also different styles.
Different methods include using a clamp such as the Gomco, smart, plastibell or mogen clamp. where the foreskin is clamped off and then cut or crushed. Then there’s the guided forceps and sleeve resection(freehand method) These involve the use of a scalpel and are more appropriate for adult circumcisions since they will give a more accurate and tighter cut.
Then there are the styles. Such as High and tight,Low and tight, high and loose, low and loose. the loose circucmcision will leave more foreskin and there will be movement in the shaft. the tight circumcision will leave less foreskin and probably veny tiny movement in the shaft. Hhigh and Low refers to where the scar is placed. it it is closer to the glans it is considered low if it is further down closer to the body it is a high circ.

I havn't heard the term before, but I would think that its just a different type of circumcision. I would guess that a “high” circumcision is one where not all the forskin is removed, which is becomming more common now a days. In past years, it was custom to remove all the forskin, so I would think thats its still just a circumcision but with a more modren name attached to it. Hope this helps.

A high and tight is when the scar is high and they take off more skin (the bad kind to get) then theres a low and loose, where they leave a little bit more skin so you won't have problems with your circumcision later on.
