can anyone tell me about the old sayin on eating eggs straight from a glass?does it really work and how often would a person hav to do it?is it wourth it???im goin to the gym now 3times aweek and trying to keep it that way,

think thats the problem with most people they ask instead of research. going to the gym and working out three times a week is no big deal, your regular diet will replace what you burn and has all the nutrients that you will need to get results. the whole protien supliments and huge protien diets that include the raw egg thing are for people that work out two to three times a DAY and work out for two to three hours each time. so basically going to the gym three time a week all you need to do is eat right and not worry about adding whole gallons of extra protein to build muscles.

it would be okay occasionally but you would be better of with a high quality protein mix of nutrients & balanced diet.
spend a while discussing with your gym nutritionalist and see what cost effective options you have. there are often dsicounts and specials around if you know what you want and can avoid marketing hype.

In the past before the discovery of protein,guys used to drink eggs from a cup,nowadays some hard core old timers still do ,however you can just switch to drinking protein to build muscle and stick to your 3x's a week workout days.
