Im a healthy 16 year old guy, that weighs 143 lbs./ 5'8 ft. My pants are 28 by 30. I'd like to not have such a thin waist. I eat a lot of food! I exercise, such as running 3 miles a day (three times a week). I also do basic ab workouts. Spring Break is coming and I want to look more huskier, more beefy, but muscular, not fat. What can I do? or eat more? any vitamins?
Answer:
Any size added to your weight will do the opposite of what you want. If you want to look a bit thicker, do push ups. Each day before you shower, do 3 sets of as many push ups as you can, with a 2 minute rest in between sets.
Answer:
stop doing cardio, that’ll make you lose weight rather than bulk up. do strength training like weightlifting, push ups, and chin ups if you’ve a chin up bar, they're probably the best.
